Real talk: you want to eat well but sometimes you truly don’t have the time to shop & cook. That’s why I’m here. I specialize in veggie-centric cuisine, I’m committed to getting the best quality food (local + seasonal if possible) & making it as delicious & nutritious as possible for you. Make it a once-in-awhile thing or commit weekly – it’s flexible. All meals will be tailored to your taste preferences & dietary restrictions - whether that’s vegan, gluten-free, low sodium, dairy-free, etc.
What’s the food going to be like?
I really work with what your unique preferences. Do you like to have individual components of meals ready to go and you put them together as you please? Or do you just need something that’s ready to go that you don’t have to think about? Do you want me to recreate healthy versions of your favorites? How and what people like to eat is totally personal, and I’m willing to meet you there. But I want to give you an idea of what you could expect, so here are some sample meals for Fall/Winter:
Thyme & Sage Spaghetti Squash Bake with Grass-fed Beef, Broccoli, Onions, Mushrooms with “Cheesy” Almond Flour Topping
Whole Roasted Chicken over Winter Vegetables - Sweet Potato, Cauliflower, Carrots, Onion
Side salad of mixed greens, olive oil + balsamic vinaigrette, toasted pumpkin seeds
Hearty Winter Grains Salad - Kale, Quinoa, and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables with a Maple Dijon Dressing
Served with toasted pecans and pumpkin seeds
Classic Turkey + Vegetable Chili with Carrots, Onion, Celery, Sweet Potatoes, Kale
Served with organic full fat yogurt or coconut yogurt as “sour cream”
Better Burrito Bowl - Black Beans, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, Caramelized Onions and Bell Peppers, Salsa
Served over mixed greens with a cashew-based creamy dressing
Toasted Walnut and Butternut Squash Soup with Caramelized Onions
Served with extra toasted walnuts and organic full fat yogurt or coconut yogurt

I deliver to the Chicago suburbs. You may be charged a delivery fee - please let me know where you’re located and I can give you a quote.
All food is delivered with reheating instructions, optional items that you could serve the meals with, and ways you could repurpose the meals to keep it exciting.
How much does this all cost?
Exact pricing will depend on what type of food you’re looking for and the number of portions you’d like, but the price ranges from $21 - $28 per portion for a generous entree. There is a 5 portion minimum for delivery. There may be a delivery charge depending upon where you’re located. I can give you a quote during our phone consultation.
