Through this process of meeting with Emily and following her suggestions, I was able to let go of many of my negative thought patterns around food, calories and what I needed to eat in order to be healthy. Her guidance helped me to make long-term changes. I highly recommend Emily and have found her to be extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and anything to do with health/fitness. If I knew I was going to have this much success, I would have sought Emily out much sooner.
